Custom Envelope/Escort Card Orders
I do not accept exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on custom and personalized envelope orders.
I do my best to double check my work, but misspellings do happen, even to the best of us!
I will only redo any envelopes on which I have made any spelling errors. Please mail me the misspelled envelope and extra envelopes so I can correct my errors.
(If any part of an envelope address/name was misspelled in your word/excel document or Etsy conversation with me, I am not responsible for those errors.)
PLEASE NOTE : Each envelope texture is unique and the appearance of the pen ink may vary per each type of envelope provided by the customer. Please see my listings to see what kind of pen and ink I use!

I do not give refunds or accept returns.
I mail decals with USPS shipping. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages, as there is no insurance included on these packages.
However, if you contacted me to ship USPS priority shipping, and your package is lost or damaged, please contact me within 5 days with pictures of the damaged product and box in order to begin the process of obtaining the insurance on the package.

International shipping times will vary. I mail all packages via USPS priority mail and their timeline says about 1-2 weeks. I am not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
