Hello! Welcome to our shop!

I'm Karolina, CEO + Designer of Pop.Fizz. Blush. I am an event designer, wedding aficionado, and lover of all things sparkly!

Pop. Fizz. Blush. began right after I got married in 2017 and realized how much I loved designing my wedding decor. It struck me that even after producing many weddings and events in my career, nothing delighted me more than creating beautiful things for others to enjoy.

Do you take custom requests on products?

Yes, just contact us before you buy! We will do our best to accommodate your request for minor changes on things like color or wording--as long as they don't affect the nature of the product. For significant changes that affect the cost of materials or labor, we may charge an extra fee.

My wedding is this weekend! Can you rush my order?!

If you need an order rushed, please contact us before you buy! We are happy to accommodate rush orders if we are confident that we can produce and mail them to you in time. If we are able to fulfill the rush order, we may ask you to purchase Priority Mail or other rush shipping. When contacting us, please include your shipping zip code.

IMPORTANT: We will not be held responsible if your rush order is delayed by the mail carrier for any reason out of our control (e.g. bad weather, they couldn't find your mailbox, they were backed up because of a holiday, etc.)

I live nearby. Can I come pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pickup. But the good news is that local shipping often only takes 1 day and is usually pretty cheap!

Help! My glass item arrived broken! What should I do?

We always try to package fragile items as securely as we can! However, due to the nature of shipping glassware, occasionally a glass may arrive broken. Just send us a photo of the broken glass within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will be happy to send a replacement.

IMPORTANT: Without a photo as proof, we cannot send a replacement product. After 24 hours following delivery, no replacements will be issued. Replacements will only be made in the identical design of the damaged product. No customizations or changes allowed for replacements.

I realized that I gave you an incorrect shipping address and/or the package is being returned to your shop. What now?

If a package is returned to us for any reason (e.g. buyer provided an invalid shipping address; postal service was unable to access the mailbox; buyer failed to pick up a package from the post office in time, etc.) the buyer will be responsible for paying to reship the package at cost. No order refunds will be issued.

*Free Shipping orders only qualify for one initial free shipment. Any reshipments will incur a charge equal to the actual shipping cost.

If a package is lost due to the buyer providing an old or incorrect address, we will not be responsible for refunding or remaking the order. A new order will have to be purchased.

Therefore, it is VERY important that all buyers check and confirm the shipping address when placing an order.
