Returns and exchange details
Please read all descriptions and look through all pictures closely to make sure you really like the item you wish to purchase. If you have a question or need additional pictures taken of the item/s we'd be more than happy to help with that. Any requests for additional measurements, photos, condition questions, or general questions should be done prior to purchasing any items.

We cannot give refunds because you decide you don't like the item. We really want every customer happy, so please be sure you'll like it before purchasing it. If you aren't sure we'd say please do not purchase the item.

We take great care to package items, please understand there is no fool proof method of shipping items to ensure they will not be broken. Unfortunately the post office isn't always gentle with packages although they may be labeled "fragile". We'll always do our best to help if an item shows up broken. Please just send us a note with a picture of the damage attached.

All packages now come with tracking from the USPS. You can track your package online using the tracking number we send you. After the tracking number indicates that the item has been delivered, we have to assume that is correct and that the item made it to you. We cannot be responsible for items after the tracking number says it was delivered. Please contact the USPS with your tracking information if you have any questions or concerns.

If for any reason a customer sends me back a package, they are responsible for any and all shipping fees associated with that package.
Pay via direct checkout or PayPal, either is perfectly fine with us. Payment is always due before any items will be shipped.
Shipping is via the United States Postal Service. All packages now come with tracking. If you'd like/need upgraded shipping please contact us prior to purchasing the item for a price quote.
Additional policies and FAQs
Currently we are not shipping internationally. The costs and customs requirements involved make this option too difficult for us at this time. We are sorry for this, and wish that prices were more reasonable. Thanks so much for taking a look at our shop though, we appreciate it greatly :).
