Welcome to my shop! I've been selling kitsch and retro for 3 years on etsy with more than 300 positive feedback. This shop is devoted to my mom's shabby chic collection, after she discovered how well my site was going.
We'll both do our very best to insure you return to our shop. We combine shipping, and if shipping costs are lower than anticipated, are happy to refund. No packing costs here!

Payment
We only accept paypal, but would consider taking a cashier's check (USPS only) from a buyer with a lot of positive feedback.
Shipping
Shipping is done post haste! We want you to get your items right away, so the fastest available (within reasonable cost) is done to insure the safety of your stuff and a timely travel.

USPS priority is used, when appropriate, and the shipping expense is reflected, especially on those items which are breakable. USPS ground service is used when the difference between priority and ground are more than $3. UPS is used for anything with a dimension larger than 20 inches, and for heavier items. If you order one of these, please include an address without a P.O. box.
Refunds and Exchanges
If items are lost or broken, the buyer is responsible for photographing the damage and keeping the packaging until a connection (via convo) is made with the seller (us!). When an item has been insured, the buyer has to take the item in its original packaging to USPS or UPS to receive the refund (their rules, not ours). We will do our best to insure this doesn't happen, packing well, but if it happens, we happily refund 100% (item and shipping paid by buyer) or will offer a suitable replacement or exchange if another item is desired by the buyer.

*Please refrain from first leaving negative feedback when an item is broken in transit. Please understand this is the postal service's fault, and we recognize that it's too bad they don't rely on feedback! The best of the best customers send a convo explaining what's happened, and we happily help them and apologize for their loss, providing excellent service post problem!
