Each order includes a lovely linen pouch , recycled tags and bags and plastic free packaging, all bio-degradable.

Custom and personalized orders
It is possible for me to re create any design using your preferred gemstone , and your chosen size . As you can imagine it is rather difficult to make every design in every stone at any one time but you are welcome to message request a design to be made in the stone of your choice and I can give you a quote.
Sizing details
if you cant see the length of chain that you like, or you prefer a different style of chain then I am happy to discuss the different options and prices accordingly
Care instructions
All my work is made using recycled 9.25 Sterling Silver bought in the UK.
This is the best silver available for making jewellery.
As the gemstones do not like to be dipped in silver cleaning solution , it is best to buff the silver with a special silver polish cloth available from most hardware stores.
It is also OK to use a tooth brush and warm soapy water.
Wholesale availability
We are always interested in wholesale requests however we do not do sale or return except to galleries of our choice, but do enquire
Free postage
Free postage will be first class for the UK
International tracked post during busy periods.
If for some reason the item does not arrive please open a case to help resolve the issue.
Returns
Can I return my item and get a refund if I Don’t like it or it is not suitable?
Contact us as soon as you receive it, and we can give you a Refund minus the postage cost , if you post it back to us with a proof of posting within seven days of receiving it.
If your item was custom-made we cannot guarantee refunds.
