My 3-year old daughter will not take this dress off! Quality sewing and SUPER CUTE. I also bought one to give as a baby shower gift. Will work great with pants too, long after it gets too short for a dress. Quick and friendly service. Adorable packaging.

When my 3 yr old daughter saw Santa a week and a half before Christmas and told him she wanted a unicorn dress for Christmas, I was instantly worried I would never be able to find a great dress for her in time. Luckily I found Paige and her amazing unicorn dress! Not only was she quick to respond to my request for the dress coming quick, she made it happen!!! Yah! The dress is so adorable, it is made so well! My daughter and I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your awesomeness and making Christmas morning a joy. Whew!!!

About

who knew?

basically i was at home with my twin girls, and i decided to try making them some skirts. i pulled out my sewing machine my mom had gotten me in high school, read some directions, and got going. i got multiple comments about how i should sell them, and i enjoyed it so much, i thought i'd look into it. my husband said i should go for it, and from there i just took small steps and got things up and running.

it began with a name based off of our love for a family ranch in south texas: specifically the deer (and the fawn for the babies/children's part of things). spotted being the adjective to incorporate pattern - as choosing the fabrics is one of my favorite things about the process. next my husband, brother in law and i came up with a start up logo and business card (which has since progressed to a different look).

i love what i do here on etsy because of the freedom of expression and creation, the ability to share this passion with others in one place, and the opportunities it provides. i've slowly added new products i find interesting and fun, and know i can always adjust and do different things if i want. it is always different, and i love starting with cuts of fabric and ending up with a beautiful product that is unique and well made, that i can confidently put my name on and know it is worth the money spent. i am a harsh judge of my own work, and so everything that gets made is done to the best of my ability.

i never would have known this would come to be such an enjoyable thing for me. and now God is using it to help support children across the globe and also to bring home the next baby He has for us - through the amazing journey of adoption.

Hello and thanks for stopping by! Everything in my shop is handmade by me here at my home in Texas. All fabric is pre washed and dried, so you shouldn't have any shrinkage when you go to clean. I'm inspired by color, my kids, and all of the other wonderful artists out there who make beautiful things. Most of all, I'm thankful to the Lord for putting in me a desire to create, and I love to see a yard of fabric or beautiful fibers turn into something fun and unique.
