    The following items can't be returned or exchanged
    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders
    • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
    • Digital downloads
    • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    It is my goal to make all customers happy, so if your item arrives in a less than satisfactory condition, please let me know.

    Cotton screen prints are heat cured and should be resistant to premature fading. If after normal wear and wash the image for some reason becomes faded, please let me know so I can replace your item.
    Shipping
    INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Depending on what you are buying, shipping on multiple items may add up quickly and be grossly inaccurate. If this is the case, PLEASE message me. I will put together a custom order for you!
    Smaller items will be sent first class mail, which doesn't provide a tracking number. If you need a tracking number or want something sent priority, let me know and I will set up a custom order for you.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    IMPORTANT: Some of my patches are printed on a duck canvas that has a somewhat shiny finish. It almost has a nylon or polyester feel. It is durable and frays less than my standard canvas, but it does look different. So if you are buying more than one patch and want them to match, please check the details.
