Custom and personalised orders
I do not accept custom orders.
Shipping details
Refer to shop updates at the top of this page for up-to-date info on ship times.
US and international orders could be susceptible to delays at customs, therefore we cannot absolutely guarantee a ship date. Ship times are also subject to delays during holiday periods.
If your order ships on a Friday/Saturday/Sunday, chances are it will only get moving on the following Monday.
Please only contact me regarding missing orders if 21 days from the ship date have passed. From then, I will either file a claim with the shipping insurance company, issue a refund, and/or send a replacement at my discretion. (Contact via Etsy message or thestickerpartyshop@gmail.com)
Damages, miscuts, and other faulty stickers
Please keep in mind that this is currently a one-woman operation, and I can be error-prone despite my best efforts. If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please send me a message and I will be glad to help. Given my assessment of your situation, I may offer to send you a replacement, issue you a refund, or both.
Materials and packaging
All stickers are printed on premium matte sticker paper. The sticker paper is not repositionable and may result in creasing if you try to remove them. Orders come packaged in a cello bag inside a regular envelope, and are reinforced with an envelope stiffener. We do not use padded or cardboard mailers. Washi orders are shipped in a plastic envelope.
Combining orders
Multiple orders cannot be combined.
International shipping
If I do not currently ship to your country, please send me a message and I will be happy to accommodate you. However, note that it may take a while for orders to arrive overseas from Canada.
The Sticker Party is not responsible for customs charges you may incur.
Incorrect addresses
If you have provided an incorrect address on your order, you may message me to change it IF your order has not already shipped. If it has already shipped, you will have to reorder.
