The Storyteller Project
I've been wearing mostly second-hand/vintage clothes for a few years. They're from street fairs, thrift shops, mom/aunt/granny's wardrobes...I've been doing this because I'm fascinated by the story behind them. They may have already assisted to somebody's wedding or to someone's first kiss. Knowing that I wear clothes that once belonged to another person makes me feel alive, because I carry so many lives on my skin, so many pieces that have already been a part of someone else's life. It makes me feel alive because while I'm writing my own story I carry so many others on my skin. This also makes me feel incredibly rich. It just fulfills me. I wonder how many lives I wear every day and how many eras. I can't give myself an answer, but well, I wouldn't even ask myself this question If I bought everything from Zara. Here came the idea of building this little online store, where I sell second-hand and vintage clothes, jewellery and household articles of whom I'm gonna tell the story one by one. You're not gonna buy just the 'thing' itself, you're gonna buy its story and a little part of someone else's life.
