While all of my items are made with the utmost time, and care, there may be some small pieces that are not suitable for young children. Please do not leave babies, and children who are still putting any and all things in their mouth, unsupervised with these accessories.

Please note that all items are made by hand, and usually take about one to two weeks to complete.

All sales are final, due to the custom nature of my items. Damaged items may be returned with in in 3 days of reciept of item. Items MUST be returned in UNUSED original condition, I will either fix the damage, or make you a new item. Buyer is responsible for shipping, both ways. Please convo me with any questions or concerns.

Please be aware, I can not be held responsible for how long it takes the USPS to deliver your items, and no returns will be accepted for returns due to postal delivery error or slow delivery. Most items shipped with in the US have a tracking number that I can provide you at your request.

All items are shipped with in the continental US are sent via USPS Priority Mail and will reach most customers in 2-3 business days from shipment date. Customers outside of US can expect their items to arrive within 10-25 business days from shipment date.

I do not accept returns on holidy items: Christmas Stockings, Bunny Hats, Pumpkin Hats...etc

Payment

The Sugar Shop currently accepts PayPal only. Payment must be made with in 3 days of purchase.

All US orders ship USPS Priority Mail.

All International orders ship via First Class Mail

Refunds and Exchanges

EXCHANGE POLICY:
I do accecpt exchanges, if your item arrives in less than sastifactory condition, I will replace it with a new duplicate item. Simply contact me of the items condition, mail the item back, and I will ship out a new one, when the damaged one is returned. {Buyer pays return shipping BOTH WAYS}

RETURN POLICY:
Your sastisfaction is my #1 goal. Any non-holiday items may be returned with in in 3 days of reciept of item. Items MUST be returned in UNUSED original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping, both ways, and will receive a shop credit for the amount of the item(s), minus a 25% restocking fee. Please convo me with any questions or concerns.

my current 'trade policy' is as follows: If you send me an image I use in a listing, that I DO NOT ALREADY have a picture of a baby in, I will email you a shop code for the amount of the item purchases, IE: if you buy a cabled beanie in plum, and I don't have a picture of a baby in a cabled plum beanie, upon sending me a picture that I can use for shop advertisment, I will send you a shop credit for the amount you paid for the beanie. Shipping will be the photographers responsability.
