(8.2.2015) -- I am excited to announce that I am about to become a mom for the first time! The Sunflower Stand will be reducing items for sale for the next few weeks. After our son is born the shop will fill all existing orders and close until further notice so that my husband and I have time to enjoy our new addition. -- Thank you, Amber

1 out of 5 starsThe worst company I have EVER dealt with. BUYER BEWARE and make sure to read their policies. It states that their items are only ONE TIME USE (I never even got to use it) and if there is an issue they will totally blow you off. Crown was falling apart from the moment I got it. I never had a chance to try it on because it was so fragile that even touching it in the box cause pieces to break off. Cheaply mad with hot glue and sprayed babies breath. Less flowers then shown. Offered to send it back for a partial refund and got brushed off, ignored and then guilted. Etsy can NOT help you get a refund since the shops get to make their own polices. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER I am disgusted by their actions and unwillingness to come to a solution! Not even worth 10$

The Sunflower Stand is very sorry you are not completely happy with your purchase. We definitely care about our customers and did our very best to find a solution to this specific transaction. Both The Sunflower Stand and Etsy have concluded that this item was damaged during shipping, and The Sunflower Stand is not liable. Our shop offered to repair the crown before the wedding/event free of charge, and also offered to help the customer submit a claim to the USPS; the customer refused both solutions. Dried flower items made by The Sunflower Stand are indeed fragile (as dried flowers tend to be), yet out of all that have been sold, we rarely have issues with them becoming damaged. Out of approximately 55 sold, this crown had only 2 reports of damage, giving it a less than .04 "failure" rate.

2 out of 5 starsBeautiful! Very fragile but just what we wanted! That was my first review when we opened this floral crown. It is very beatiful. However, it is so fragile it did not last through one photo shoot even though it was treated with great care. There were no multiple hair changes, the photographer never touched it and it never moved on the brides hair. But, the lavender began falling off onto her dress before the photo session was over. We are now unable to use it for the wedding and that is disappointing. I tried discussing this with the maker of the crown but her policies are no returns. She did offer to repair the crown at my cost of shipping but there is no time for that now. Again, this crown is beautiful but certainly not worth $70.
