My package is missing? What do I do?

Once an item is the hands of the USPS, transit times are out of my control. Your package may be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, etc. Please check your tracking information to make sure this is not the case.

Once your package is marked as DELIVERED in the USPS system, any lost packages are completely out of my control and I accept NO responsibility - please contact USPS directly to attempt to locate your package.
Even though I am not responsible for items lost by the Postal Service, I will investigate to the best of my ability for you and respond to your inquiries as quickly as possible.

What ingredients are used in your soaps?

Please check the individual listing as each will have its own full list of ingredients and the ingredients will vary between products.

Our soap bases frequently contain shea butter, coco butter, coconut oil, palm oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, glycerin, honey, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitan oleate, sorbitol, propylene glycol, essential oils, epsom salts, goats milk, soy, artificial colorants, sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, sea salt, activated charcoal, coffee beans, and various other natural additives.

Do you offer vegan options?

While many of our soaps are considered vegan friendly, there are some select products that may contain milks, animal fats or honey.

Please check the individual listing for the product you are interested in as each will have its own full list of ingredients and the ingredients may vary between products.

Do you accept returns?

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not, even if unopened, accept returns for:
- Body care products (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

How do I care for my soap bar?

Once you unwrap your soap you should store it in a cool dry place between uses. We recommend using a slotted soap dish to aid in drying and air circulation.
Handmade soaps are generally high in glycerin and vegetable oils; non-ventilated storage may cause your soap to develop glycerin dew and appear "weepy" and feel wet.

What is my soap bars shelf life?

When wrapped or stored in an air-tight container your soap, for ideal use, has an average shelf life of 1-2 years but can last much longer when properly stored as soap does not expire.
When left on the counter for everyday use the shelf life of your soap bar can generally be assumed to be halved.

Some ingredients due to their own shelf life may shorten the shelf life of your soap, this would have been noted in the items product description.

Is the plant in the photo the same plant I will be receiving?

In the majority of cases, no. It will be noted in the item description if the photo shown is the exact plant being sold.
As in nature, each plant is completely different from the next.

My plant arrived wilted and appears to be dying or the box is damaged! Is there something wrong with it?

In the majority of cases your new plant is just a little bit stressed out from traveling so far to it's new home! Check the soils moisture level and water it if needed then place it in appropriate lighting. Give it a few days!

In rare cases, your package may have arrived damaged. A torn or busted box, etc.
If you opted for standard shipping, we will not be held responsible for plant quality due to problems that resulted from transit.

If you opted for priority shipping and the box is damaged by the mail carrier during transit and the plant has been effected we ask that you please contact us within 10 business days of the arrival of your package. We will handle the issue for you and replace the damaged plant if we have another in stock.
