An order is RUSHED if you require it to be shipped faster than the processing window indicated in the listing. To accommodate your order in an existing baking & decorating schedule, adjustments must be made quickly. RUSH orders are charged an additional $20 for up to 3 dozens. If you require more than 3 dozens RUSHED, please inquire as it may not be physically possible to fit it into the schedule.

Apologies-- we don't provide discounts for larger quantity orders. We are a 1-person, part time bake shop operating in a home kitchen. Homemade cookies are not subject to economies of scale-- it's not any easier to make 30 cookies than 12 cookies, and each cookie takes just as long as the previous, if not longer. That being said, please rest assured that each cookie will be well taken care of!

Sugar cookies are very shelf stable and will virtually survive an apocalypse; however, the longer you leave them sitting out at room temperature (i.e. beyond 2 weeks after receiving), the drier and less tasty it'll be (still safe to eat). To be overly cautious & because we want you to have the most delicious cookie possible, we recommend that if cookies are to be served within 3 days of receiving, store them at room temperature, away from direct sunlight as that will fade icing colors. If serving cookies more than 3 days after receiving, put the sealed cookies in an airtight container, freeze, and they will keep six months this way. Bring to room temperature in the container prior to serving to avoid condensation ruining the icing.
