For German Buyers: Due to changes in the German packaging law, I will unfortunately be closing shipping towards Germany on the 29th of June. Sorry for the inconvenience! I am working towards a solution, and hopefully this status will change!

Standard shipment comes without a tracking number in the Netherlands! Those within the Netherlands can upgrade to tracked shipment.
Outside of the Netherlands, all orders are NOT trackable. Should you wish tracking for your order, contact me and I can set it up for you - but due to it being international it will be more costly.

Is your workspace pet free?
While my current workspace is not pet free, Noah the cat does not get access to my products (though I cannot stop him climbing on my desk from time to time!). However, I do sanitise my workspace before working, so should you have any concerns with cat allergies, please don't hesitate to drop me a message and I will take extra precautions to minimise contact (wearing surgical gloves etc) for the duration of creating your order!
My order is stuck at "in transit"?
Etsy has limited support for the Netherlands tracking, and as all orders come untracked, it will sit as In Transit! If an order has not arrived in the estimated time frame, allow for a few days due to global postal delays, then contact me and we will resolve the issue together, but don't worry this is all normal!
