Within the United States: Generally $4.99 for the 1st item + a lesser amount for more items.
Outside the United States: contact The Tassel House for rates
All purchases are generally shipped within 24 of receipt of payment and/or next business day. Worst case scenario - purchases made Sunday through Wednesday are shipped on Thursday. Purchases made Thursday through Saturday are shipped on Monday. However, I do everything in my effort to get them shipped ASAP!
