I'm very happy with the quality of work, timely delivery and personal attention Tahira gave and tool extra care about the packaging I requested for free.

I stand behind my handmade items and invite you to let me know via convo if anything needs to be resolved with your order. I will make every effort to help resolve the situation.
◉ TO REQUEST A REFUND: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 business days upon receipt of your item(s) for a full item price refund. I'll make every attempt to satisfy your request. Still if you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it, we will honor your request. In that case your return must be POSTMARKED seven calendar days or fewer from the timestamp of when it was delivered. Example, you receive an item on July 15, your return would need to be postmarked by July 21. All items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping
Your items will be packaged safely with care and cushioning. I use recycled and new packaging and take pride in making sure your items arrive safe and sound.
Items are sent to your address as listed with PayPal. If your Etsy address and PayPal address do not match, I will contact you to verify the correct address before shipping the item. This may delay the shipping times. If you would like your purchse mailed to a secondary or giftee address, please list that address in "message from buyer" box.
