My heart hurts a little to say that I will have to keep my shop shut down for now. My family and I opened a local Bridal shop in Utah, and it is doing well! That is where I am currently needed. I simply don't have time for both without working into my sleep. I realize that there are some established clients that will need me. Please write me personally to see when I will be able to fulfill an order for you. Thank you for your understanding and for the overwhelming support my little shop has been shown!!

Working with Juliann was so wonderful! She made my business cards exactly how I wanted it, even with my little tweaks here and there! Love how they turned out! 😊

About

I love making things that most people think of as impossible.

Hello! My name is Juliann. I am from Salt Lake City, UT. I am a stay at home mother of three, and love to create beautiful things!

I remember being very young (7 or so) making hand made puzzles and jewelry that I would sell to my mother's nail clients. That is when the spark first started. The thought that I could make something that somebody liked so much that they would buy it was amazing! From there I started countless hobbies at my mother and fathers side. I helped spin yarn for my mother as she knitted incredible Christmas Stockings. I got to know the love of cooking, working with my hands, and the art of beauty. I learned tons of techniques while working with my father. He made Indian leather jackets, purses, & dresses for Mountain Man Rendezvous. He also taught me to draw, paint ceramics, sculpt, and design. To say the least, Creative Outlets were not lacking at our house. I loved it!! At about 8 years old my mother bought me a seed bead kit. First just making pretty patterns, I developed skills in making lace, and then using looms. I started to learn about natural gemstones, then incorporated that into my jewelry making. This is a love that has never died since then.

I would have to say my specialty is making jewelry, which I have been making for over 20 years now. Hard to believe! My goal is to create jewelry that can't be found anywhere else. My second favorite thing to do is custom designing. This is incorporated into many of my items such as Product Tags, Lip Balm Labels, Favor Labels, etc. I also love to sew different items such as baby booties. I work with my mother who owns an industrial Emboidery Machine. This allows me to offer beautiful custom work. In fact, this machine can embroider large areas with many different colors. I also have a father in-law who is a professional painter. He does beautiful custom work, as well as having an already beautiful selection of artwork. I am also a bit of an herbalist where I work with and make natural remedies often. So that is where my amazing Lip Balm comes in. Coming from an artistic background has driven me to make anything and everything I see. I know my store is kind of random, but I wouldn't have it any other way. The way I see it, there isn't anything I am afraid to try. I love to accomplish new things, and am a complete perfectionist when I am doing it. That is why my products are one of a kind, and always well made in a clean happy healthy environment. I am excited to have a place that I can advertise all of the fun things that I can create. Feel free to ask me about custom orders. I love a good challenge :)

Hello! My name is Juliann. I am from Salt Lake City, UT. I am a stay at home mother of two, and love to create beautiful things!

My business specializes in customizing items for different events, businesses, private labeling, weddings, showers, birthdays, client appreciation, ANYTHING! We have a selection of quality items that work great for handouts at any event. You can also purchase for resale! These items go great in stores, salons, massage parlors, Dr's offices, Boutiques and more! We can put your business info, logo, or matched colors right on your label.

We can also design your logo for you if you don't have one. We offer a fully custom design service with unlimited revisions prior to your final approval. You then fully own all rights to your logo image.

Another great item we offer is custom labeling or tagging for small businesses. There are many wonderful products out there made by amazing artisans. The only thing it is lacking is appearance to sell it! That is my job. Together we can create just what your product needs! Any shape, any size, ANYTHING out of paper is possible. Just write me.

This also includes custom cut business cards. This helps your business to stand out! How about a dress for a clothing shop? Or a Spoon for a catering business? A camera for a photographer? The options are limitless because I create my own cut files. Just let me know what you want, and we can create it together.

I LOVE a good challenge! Custom unique requests are my specialty. For instance, I have a client who makes Baby Mobiles. Her Ribbons were getting tangles in shipment. So we created a topper with a hole in it for the loop that held the ribbons together. If you need something out of paper, cardstock, or sticker paper that you can't find anywhere, we CAN make it here :)

Thank you for taking the time to read my profile! I look forward to getting to know you. Have a wonderful day!

Payment
Payments are accepted by Paypal and all major credit cards approved by Etsy. Payment is expected to be made within 48 hours of purchase or order will be canceled and re-posted. Due to the delicate nature of handmade items, all sales are final. If there was a mistake made by us we are happy to correct the error and reship to you at no cost. Please take great care in sending us correct information, and reviewing your digital samples for errors before giving your approval to print. Much of the information used to design for you is copied and pasted from the messages you send us. Check for all punctuation, capitalization, spelling etc to ensure correct designs.
Shipping
Depending on the item, most of the Shipping offered by The PaperClip Studio is USPS Regular mail or Priority Mail and Priority Mail Flat Rate unless otherwise discussed. Combined shipping is the same on multiple items on Flat Rate unless they will not fit in the same box. We strive to offer the most cost effective methods for shipping possible. Orders are finished in the order they are received. Since I have a pretty full clientele, it will often take around two to three weeks for most items to ship. If you are ordering multiple designs, it may take even longer to finish the design process. If you have a deadline please send me a message first to make sure I can get it to you in time.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the delicate nature of custom items we cannot accept returns. We spend many hours of time designing, printing, and cutting. The information we get from you on dimensions etc. will be very important in making sure your items fit correctly. We ask that you check, double check, and triple check that your information is correct before giving us the final approval to print and cut. Review your digital samples carefully for any errors. If approval is given to print and an error is discovered after the printing process has begun, you will be charged again to re-make this item as we will have to re set up all cut files to do so. If there is ever an error made by us then we would happily correct it and reship to you at no additional cost. Thank you for your business!
Additional policies and FAQs
We are always happy and willing to accept custom orders. Please send me a message if this is something you are interested in.

We strive to make our customers happy. We encourage every customer to pay close attention to the measurements provided in the description. That way you will always have a good idea of what to expect, and if it does need alterations I can provide that service PRIOR to your final approval to print and cut. Once you have given this permission we start a process that takes A LOT of time. Alterations at this point are not easy, so please be sure before giving us this approval. Thank you!
