Payment
I accept PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's processing. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your credit card bill as ETSY Minneapolis, MN.

Sales Tax must be charged for purchases shipped within MN. I am an ethical and honest business woman and cannot mark items shipped internationally a "gifts" unless it is positively a gift.
Shipping
I ship via USPS to offer you the most economical shipping method available. When your item ships you will receive an email via Etsy with the parcel number. USPS offers delivery confirmation number (NOT tracking numbers). It may not show or be updated within their system even though it has shipped. It may also be a few days from when you received the email to when the tracking is updated.

PLEASE NOTE: I am NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. If you want to purchase insurance you may do so by contacting me prior to ordering. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages paid without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not my fault or to be a reflection of my level customer service or loyalty to my customers.

{INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS}
International orders are averaging 5-12 business days for delivery. This depends on your country as well. { I cannot control customs delays and am not responsible for lost or stolen packages }. If you want to add insurance to your order please contact me prior to purchasing.

International package IDs are NOT tracking numbers, just a parcel number. It will most likely show as being in Minneapolis, MN if you try to track it as this is the International postal hub. If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship FedEx or UPS which is about 4x the cost.

I will ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to wrong/incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

Need it FAST?! I must receive payment before 1pm CST for Express orders to be shipped same day. There is a small rush fee. Convo me for details.
Refunds and Exchanges
{All Sales Are Final} I am a small shop and please know that I keep my prices affordable so that everyone can enjoy these handmade goods! Because of this I have a final sales policy.

Please ask me whatever questions you may have up front prior to purchasing so that I can get you the perfect item(s). As I am a small business I do all I can to avoid any issues or reasons why you may want to return an item but due to the handmade nature I do have a final sales policy.

If, for some reason, you do decide you want a different item or color I am happy to work with you to do an exchange but the item MUST be in brand new condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and must place a new order for replacement.

Although I'd like to consider myself a very detailed person who never makes a mistake; sometimes I do and an item may be damaged or missing a button, etc. If so, I'll make it right - so please let me know!

Due to the way I process my orders cancellation requests will not be processed so please be sure to carefully double check your order before purchasing. Once an order is placed it will ship.
