Listing was for the exact beads pictured. Item description provided the exact measurements of the beads including, height, diameter and hole size. Package mailed same day as purchase, with an email notification with the tracking number sent to buyer. Beads packed in small, sealed ziplock bag within a protective cardboard covering and shipped in a bubble padded envelope. I treat people as I want to be treated; all things considered, I can't think of how I could have improved the transaction.
