I'm a busy mom of FIVE young girls. I try to please my customs and produce and ship quickly. Please understand that sometimes my family will take priority over my business and things can get delayed. I will ALWAYS communicate with my customers should this happen.

I ship by USPS, first class. Please note that my shipping charge is a calculation of several numbers. I charge for cost to ship to furthest "zone" from my house. Shipping charge includes actual cost to ship items, packaging materials, and any fees that are associated with selling your items. If you have questions about shipping, please convo me PRIOR to ordering your items.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my customers to be happy. If something is wrong with your purchase or not what you expected convo me asap. Custom orders (including embroidered items) cannot be returned.
