Nearly one month after purchase I haven't heard a word from you. I sent you an email requesting that you refund my money, and still have not heard from you. This disappoints me considering the blog I wrote about your lovely pieces. Disappointed, needless to say.

I accept payments with Paypal. It is safe, easy and through your credit card. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to make a transaction.
All payments must be made within 48 hours of each items check out. If you have any problems during this period please let me know so that we may find a solution together otherwise your selections will be canceled.
Your jewelry will ship out first class mail through the USPS. If you need expedited shipping, shipping insurance or delivery confirmation, please convo me and we can work something out based on your needs.

I will ship your items within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment.

If your ETSY and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me, I will ship the item to the address furnished during ETSY checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is to make you happy!

If you have any questions regarding any item please feel free to contact me prior to purchasing to minimize the need for returns.

If you are unhappy with an item, I will make it right, including replacement, repair, exchange or full refund. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Please contact me *before* leaving feedback if you have an issue! I *will* work with you, no matter the reason. I want you to be happy with your shopping experience, even if that means you have returned the product for a full refund.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction. I will NOT leave negative feedback for canceled transactions. I do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction. PayPal payment is required within 48 hours of purchase.
