About

How I became a yarn dyer

I had been knitting for a few years and after a short knitting hiatus, following the birth of my son, I discovered Ravelry in 2009. I soon saw people’s lovely FOs with handyed yarn and got curious. After buying and knitting with a few skeins I thought I’d like to experiment. I had done a bit of dyeing previously so I didn’t feel too intimidated. Well, the rest, as they say, is history.

I love working with many other wonderful creative people out there, so I have now teamed up with some of my favourite knitwear designers. The first collaboration in this series is the Occitan shawl, by Beth Kling, which is now being sold as pattern and yarn kits on my shop :)

Shipping normally takes place within 2-3 days of placing an order, but please allow up to 7 days. Please note that I am unable to post at weekends.

If I am out of town, the shop is left open, but this is always made clear on the item's description and the date your items will be posted are included.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, just let me know. Once I have received the item in mint condition I will post a replacement out to you, although this will incur extra postage.
