I do my best to represent each item accurately, but sometimes things are not what you expect. It's the internet, it happens. Refunds are available (minus shipping) if you notify me within 10 day of the shipment date on the package. Exchanges are available also, under the same condition as refunds. However, they must be returned in new condition.

I accept paypal only at this time. You don't have to have a paypal account to purchase through paypal if you have a credit/debit card.
When you add something from my shop to your cart you have THREE DAYS to complete payment or the sale will be canceled and the item will be relisted. If you are new to Etsy and confused about the purchasing process just send me a message and I will do my best to help.

Please allow three to six day for the shipment of your print to allow time for me to receive them from the professional printing company I use, and review and sign them. I ship all items first class. In some cases it is only a tiny difference in price between first class and priority, in which case I'll go ahead and send priority. If you need another shipping method, let me know. I'm sure we can work it out, no problem. My shipping prices are an estimate and are generally pretty accurate, but if you end up overpaying more than one dollar I will refund you the difference. If shipping ends up being more than what I have charged (which happens more than being overcharged) then lucky you! It's totally my mistake and an awesome bonus for you, haha.
I insure all purchases over $30 for free for items being shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska). Otherwise you will need to notify me if you want shipping insurance on an item, and I am not responsible for uninsured items once they are in the hands of the post office.
