My line strives to be unique, elegant, and sweet without focusing on trends. All handmade items are crafted with great attention to detail. On a more personal note, I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful kids! I have an MBA in Business Administration with a background in finance and management. I am obsessed with gemstones and I love to collect them and use them in my designs. I also enjoy spending numerous hours wondering through antique stores.

We are also a proud Coast Guard family! A BIG thanks goes out to all of those who are currently serving or who have served! Home of the free because of the brave.

The Untamed Heart specializes in handmade jewelry and small vintage finds. The Untamed Heart is a line that strives to be unique, elegant and sweet without focusing on trends. All pieces are hand crafted with great attention to detail.

Please note that all handmade jewelry is available in limited quantities. Which means that I may make only a few pieces per design before it is retired forever. I like to offer unique and one of a kind items instead of mass producing my jewelry line.

Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits

Returns and exchanges

Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis. Please convo me with any issues. Custom/personalized jewelry is non-returnable due to the nature of the order. Earrings are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons. All vintage items are non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

The best way to ensure a speedy and smooth transaction is to pay immediately. If payment has not been recieved after 3 days, I will have no choice but to cancel the order and leave negative feedback. Please do not purchase unless you plan to follow through. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.

Arizona Tax Rate: 9.05%

Shipping

All items will be shipped securely via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation number. Insurance is not included in my shipping price so if you would like to add insurance to your order you certainly are welcome to do so for an extra charge. Please convo me prior to your purchase to add insurance.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your shipping address is up to date on both your Etsy and Paypal accounts. I will not be held accountable for lost packages or packages shipped to the wrong address. Thank you!

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Some small vintage finds and all soy candles will not be shipped internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Gemstone Grade Chart:
AA - Superior Quality
AB - Excellent Quality
B - Average/Good Quality
C - Low Grade
D - Very Low

All gemstones used in my jewelry creations are graded AA or AB.
