When will my order ship?

Let's get this out of the way... This isn't Amazon ;) You're choosing to support a one woman business! So, THANK YOU! Items listed in my shop are not bulk-manufactured & are all made to order! Most items are ready to ship in 7 business days or less*

*I truly appreciate you respecting that things like high order volumes and COVID-related work restrictions placed on my printing partners can sometimes mean actual fulfillment will be longer than estimated/anticipated. I completely understand that you are wanting to protect your phone ASAP and my printing partners & I are always doing everything humanly possible to get them to you quickly!

Do you take custom orders?

At this time, I am not taking custom design orders. I manage my shop completely by myself and because I strive to provide the best shopping experience possible, customer service alone takes up the majority of my days right now. I apologize for any inconvenience! I am, however, always happy to hear requests/suggestions for general design ideas!

Will a clear case provide protection for my phone?

My clear cases are meant to serve as functional, trendy fashion accessories — treated as delicately as the expensive phone they are protecting! :) They will certainly provide enough protection for normal/daily use, however, (with iPhones being almost entirely constructed of glass now) it is nearly impossible for a case to fully guarantee (or prevent against) shattering of some kind if dropped to any extent —at any height— regardless of case or brand. With that being said, I do always recommend a glass screen protector for extra protection.

If you are overly concerned about protection or know that you require greater protection, I recommend checking out my tough cases instead!

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Because I strive to get your order processed, fulfilled and shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for me to cancel the fulfillment process or change order details once an order is submitted.

If your order was placed 1-3 hours prior, you are welcome to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate, but cannot make any promises.

With that being said, I am not able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the process of fulfillment or shipped. Thanks for understanding!

What if I have an issue with my order?

In the event that an item arrives and it is damaged/faulty upon arrival, has a printing error/issue, shows flaw(s) or is otherwise not in the condition you were expecting: PLEASE LET ME HELP YOU! :)

I deal with issues on a case-by-case basis but I am NEVER going to leave you hanging! Trust. Me. Most people don't care about things like I care about my shop/customers!

The easiest and fastest way for me to help you is for you to communicate with me directly via private Etsy message or email (orders@theurbanflair.com). Please also provide me with photo(s) where necessary to expedite the process!

Can I return/exchange my order?

I do not offer returns at this time but am always happy to work out an exchange with you. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?

If your order has multiple items, there is a chance your items may ship separately. Don’t worry, almost always, they haven’t been forgotten!

Reasons include: different printing partners help me in the fulfillment of the items, varying processing times, on hand availability, stock, etc.

Each item will always receive tracking information when ready, at no additional expense to you. The tracking information can be located in your order details once ready under “My Purchases”.

When will my order be delivered? (US Customers)

Your order will be delivered by your local Post Office in approximately 3-10 business days, varying by location and subject to be longer in some cases. My relationship with USPS is just like yours and I will not be personally delivering your package. USPS has been experiencing high volumes (roughly 3 mill. packages/day) so transit delays should continue to be expected at this time.

Things happen. If transit or delivery related issue(s) occur, it will be most beneficial for you to contact your local Post Office directly with the tracking information that I have provided for you. Thanks for understanding!

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRACKING SCANS*

Many carriers have been cutting corners lately by skipping tracking scans in order to speed up both the intake of shipments & actual delivery time. Please continue to EXPECT to see transit delays + an increased number abnormal tracking statuses.

If your order has a tracking number, it HAS been handed off to the carrier for shipment. “Pre-Transit” does not mean your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier. Reaching out to them (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process -- and honestly, hinders efficiency efforts, if anything.

Can you make a case for a device not listed?

I am thankful to work with printing partners that offer an ever larger array of device options than I currently have the time to make available. If you don’t see your device listed, feel free to reach out and inquire! I will aim to get back to you about your inquiry within 24-72 hours! ☺️
