Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Nearly all of my items are made to order (unless explicitly listed/mentioned otherwise) and require 2-4 business days on average to prepare for you before shipping. I do, however, kindly ask that you allow up to 7 to be safe :) Thanks!

Can I cancel my order or change my address?
Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfillment process/change order details once submitted.
If your order was placed 1-3 hours prior, you are welcome to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate but unfortunately cannot make any promises.
With that being said, I will never able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the actual process of fulfillment, have tracking information and/or are in transit.

Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?
Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it has been handed off for transit either by myself or by one of my printing partners.
Please allow 24-72 hrs for initial scans to reflect in the tracking.
“Pre-Transit” does not mean that your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier.
Reaching out to the carrier (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process. Your patience is appreciated!
Please allow 10 full business days (US orders) and 30 full business days (rest of the world) of no tracking update(s) before assuming a package is missing.

When will my order be delivered? (US Customers)
While transit time is both impossible to guarantee & subject to vary, most US orders will arrive in approximately 3-7 business days!
My relationship with all mail carriers is just like yours & I will not be personally delivering your package.
USPS has personally advised me that transit/delivery related issue(s) should be resolved with your local Post Office. Please provide the tracking information that I have provided for you, as they will have the most accurate information about their delivery driver(s) and package whereabouts.

Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?
If your order has multiple items, there is a chance your items may ship separately. Don’t worry, they haven’t been forgotten!
Reasons include: different printing partners help me in the fulfillment of the items, varying processing times, on hand availability, stock, etc.
Each item will always receive tracking information when ready, at no additional expense to you.
The tracking information can be located in your order details once ready under “My Purchases”.

Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses
Your order will be shipped to the exact address that you submit to me.
By placing an order with me, you acknowledge that it is your full responsibility to make sure that the address given is accurate, complete and current.
In the event that your order is sent back to me due to an incomplete/improper address, you will be expected to cover the cost associated with re-shipping the order once it arrives back *and* any postage due upon my retrieving of it from my post office.
I do not accept forced Returns/Refunds. If, for any reason, any of the above is a problem, a store credit will be issued on your behalf for the original item(s) price less any discounts used, a 10% re-stocking fee and any postage due.

Can I return/exchange my order?
I do not offer returns at this time but am always happy to work out an exchange with you! Please just contact me within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange :)
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost to ship back original item(s) must be covered by you. Forced Returns/Refunds or orders otherwise shipped back to me without prior communication will not be accepted.

What if I have an issue with my order?
I deal with (thankfully, rare) order issues on a case-by-case basis but I am NEVER going to leave you hanging!
My 12,000+ shop reviews should be enough proof that most people don't care about things like I care about my shop/customers!
The easiest and fastest way for me to help you is for you to communicate with me directly via private Etsy message with photos of the issue(s)!

Will a clear case provide protection for my phone?
My clear cases are meant to serve as functional, trendy fashion accessories — treated as delicately as the expensive phone they are protecting! :) They will certainly provide enough protection for normal/daily use, however, (with iPhones being almost entirely constructed of glass now) it is nearly impossible for a case to fully guarantee (or prevent against) shattering of some kind if dropped to any extent —at any height— regardless of case or brand. With that being said, I do always recommend a glass screen protector for extra protection.
If you are overly concerned about protection or know that you require greater protection, I recommend checking out my tough cases instead!
