Ours is a unique shop that brings together all elements of vintage decor. From the chippy farmhouse to sleek midcentury modern and everything in between. We are a mother (Nan) and daughter (Kristin) team that enjoys working together and being creative together. As strong women, we wanted to bring our point of view and personalities to life through our shop. We love all things metallic, sparkly, soft, and colorful, but we also have a soft spot for the harder edged materials that lend a more modern air to design. We are excited about what our shop can bring to you! We find and create special, beautiful things, so that you can create home.

- Perishable products (like food or flowers)

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
It will be the buyers responsibility to cover both shipping and return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. Custom and vintage items may not be returned or exchanged. NO linens are returnable due to general sanitation standards. We will make all efforts to ensure satisfaction to our customers.
We hope you understand that fragile and breakable items will not be eligible for return as we can not ensure their safe arrival on return since we are not able to repackage them ourselves nor oversee it to be done properly. Therefore, we can not be responsible nor risk their shipping.

Our responsibility ceases after merchandises are delivered to the transportation company. Many of our items are one of a kind, custom painted and vintage finds.
If merchandise damage during shipping is a concern, The Velvet Branch recommends shipping insurance for all orders. Insurance cost varies upon weight and value of each merchandise, please convo us for the insurance cost.
International orders: these must be insured and Customs clearance needs to be taken into account for shipping time.
