Paid for the item and never received it. Sent two inquiries about the item with no response. Would not recommend anyone ever using this seller again.

Terms and conditions stated the item would ship 7 business days. The item was not shipped within that time frame and communication was slow. The item was as expected but the customer service was a bit disappointing.

Worst business ever! I paid this lady the day i bought my pillow- it has beem a month now & after many pleas to her to please send my item, she never respOnded!! save ur time & money bc she will not fOllow through!!

I ordered this pitcher set almost two months ago. After a month went by without delivery, I attempted to contact the seller, but to no avail. I tried again the following week, but still heard nothing. I tried the private e-mail address on her profile, but still heard nothing. I've filed a non-delivery report, but still heard nothing. Maybe you'll have better luck if you buy something from this seller, but I don't recommend it.

Happy w/transaction, communication etc. Would buy again.

I hate to leave anything less than positive feedback, but this took over three weeks to arrive, even though it was marked 'shipped' soon after purchase. Didn't respond to email until refund was mentioned. Not sure what happened??
