My aim is to make your shopping experience an easy, efficient delight.

Please Note All Vintage/Antique items are Sold As Seen. I do not accept returns.

All items are gift wrapped, using either, tissue, ribbon, brown paper, string or all of the above, then wrapped in bubble wrap, if needed and popped into an outer envelope for the postman.
Any special packing/gift wrapping requirements, please let me know beforehand.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days and return it within 14 days. You can exchange with other items or I will refund your payment but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Vintage Items are one offs, sold as seen and are NOT refundable. I describe them as well as I can, so any queries, please ask before purchasing.

Payment
Paypal is the quickest method, If you would rather pay by cheque or postal order that is fine but let me know first, then we will have to wait for payments to clear before dispatch.
Payment is due on order.
Shipping
Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of cleared payment, Unless it is a custom item, then we will discuss time at point of ordering.
Small items go by Royal Mail first class, larger packages and precious metals, are recorded and to be signed for.
International buyers get the Airmail service and are resopnsible for any import tax etc.

The very nature of handmade goods is that each thing is unique and a one off, there maybe imperfections as I am not perfect, but I do try to do my best.
