OK---so I'm fair. And I am still so excited when people want to buy the stuff Sam and I make!! So I want the whole thing to work. If there are problems, let me know--I will try to do everything I can to make things right.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
There are no refunds. However, there are Exchanges. And if something is wrong, I will do every thing I can to put it right!!
Payment
I have never had problems with getting payment. I imagine that it is fair to ask that anything purchased be paid for in three days. If there is a problem, again, just contact me.
Shipping
Shipping is a Doozy with us, because, for the most part, we are shipping glass. I was two ways about how to do the shipping thing for awhile. I HATE paying for shipping. So for a while, I didn't charge it. But then? I realized I was losing money. And I was sending it as cheaply as possible, which isn't so good for glass!!! SO---I put the most realistic prices I could on there, and I truly want it to be fair.
INSURANCE: I think insurance is important, but that's up to the customer. If you want insurance let me know and we will add it to shipping. It's Glass. It's Glass. It's Glass. That said---I pack really well and have yet to lose a piece, I am happy to say.
I CAN NOT replace items because they are broken by the postal people. And I can't replace it if it's lost or stolen. So again---opt for Insurance whenever you can.

I use all recycled packing materials for the most part. Newspaper is a favorite! All shards are wrapped individually.
ALCHEMY and CUSTOM: I will do drawings for you until we finalize, half is due up front. I will not do unpaid examples in glass. Once the drawing is finalized, the piece will be made in glass, and that is the piece you have purchased!!!!
WHOLESALE: Shards can be ordered in large quantities at a reduced price. Any other wholesale is determined on a case by case basis.
