We work very hard to make high quality items that will last you a long time. Customer service is a number one priority and we will do what we can to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges
Ready to ship items listed in our shop are eligible for refunds. If your item reaches you and is damaged in some way, please let us know right away and we will refund your purchase price or replace it with another, equal priced item of your choosing. All we ask is that you return the original item to us within 7 days. Your refund will be processed as soon as the item is back in our possession. Refunds or exchanges will not be given unless the item is damaged in transit to you, or has been wrongly described (example: colors listed in description are not the colors of the item or the size is incorrectly given.)

We purchase delivery confirmation from the post office, so losses should be very unlikely. Should a loss occur, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do what we can to track it down for you!
Payment methods we accept are Paypal (preferred) and money orders. We will also accept cash if you are local and are picking it up in person. If an item has not been paid for within 3 days we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

We require a 50% down payment on any custom work if it is so customized that it could not be sold to another person. If you must cancel an order for custom work please let us know as soon as possible. If your item is already finished and is customized with names and dates, a cancellation may not be possible.
IMPORTANT: We WILL NOT ship to an unverified paypal address. If you pay via paypal, please make sure your address is verified first!

Our shipping is provided by USPS and we ship via priority mail. Upgrades are available (such as expedited or overnight) for an additional cost. We purchase delivery confirmation, please let us know if you'd like to add insurance otherwise it will not be added unless the item is fragile.

We ship the next business day after your payment is received.

We have yet to ship anything internationally because we haven't had any international buyers. We welcome international buyers and are excited for our first international sale. It will be a bit of a learning experience for us, so please be patient!

We love to make custom orders. If you have a special fabric in mind or specific colors you'd like us to use, just ask!

We do not sell our items wholesale. It is just the two of us and we just don't have the time to make huge amounts of items to sell at a highly discounted price.

As for our location, there are two cities listed because one of us lives in Puyallup, and one of us lives in Pacific. We are business partners and friends, but we are not room mates or neighbors.
