There was a problem on my end with signing for proof of receipt, and it was around the holidays that the gift was purchased. She accommodated my needs when the item was shipped back and even took the time to offer a personilzed note to the recipient. The world needs more people like her. She gave me no stress or headache over such trouble for a simple necklace.

Gift wrapping and packaging
I enjoy wrapping things, and I’m fanatical about packaging: all items are shipped in nice sturdy boxes. ( I prefer to avoid shipping things in envelopes.) Inside the shipping box, you’ll find your items gift-wrapped in yet another box: a little jewelry box made from recycled paper and decorated with an image of sea creatures. Yes, I know I'm obsessed :-)
