Please be aware that I do not accept returns or give refunds. Each item is unique and made by one person. Items cannot be resold and the time, effort and money that goes into a product as well as shipping charges if returned is lost. For hygienic purposes items cannot be resold and shipping back may be unsafe as well. Making returned items a total loss. Most especially, during a pandemic which can effect mine and my family’s safety. Therefore, I will not be taking returns.

The nature of digital items is that they are unable to be returned. Sending a file back does not remove it from your records and we will not be accepting returns or refunds on these items whatsoever.

Please be absolutely sure you want an item before purchasing.

Different situations call for different ways of solving problems so I will work with potential issues as they come in the best way I can manage.

Please note that I am not responsible for lost or damaged items that I have shipped through USPS. Once the package is out of my hands I can do no more to ensure its safe arrival. Added insurance can be purchased if contacted ahead of buying an item but not after.

I currently only accept PayPal, credit card and Etsy gift cards.

I ship my items using the United States Postal Service and use First Class or Priority to help ensure it gets there promptly!

Shipments go out once a week. Depending on the item they will either be wrapped in tissue and placed in a bubble envelope or placed in a cardboard box and sealed with tape. I generally will either add bubble wrap, foam peanuts and/or tissue to protect items. Please either reuse or recycle the materials I send your package in! Every little bit helps our precious Mother Earth. I try hard to ensure your items are protected and properly secure and also that I am not creating too much waste! I also take the time to properly clean and keep clean any items I use in packaging as well as myself so that anything I may touch stays clean.

INSURANCE: I do not add extra insurance when shipping but if you would care for added insurance please contact me promptly and I will gladly add it for a small fee.

We are a smoker free home but we do burn incense. Both stick, resin and loose herbal incense. We also diffuse essential oils in our home. If you would like some more insight into this please let me know.

We are a furry pet free home. I promise our African Dwarf Frogs don’t come into contact with any products either.

I fully clean all areas I work in and take safety precautions. I do not wear gloves but I both properly wash (we even have a little chart so everyone at home follows it) and then sanitize my hands and forearms with hand sanitizer before working. Rubbing alcohol in spray bottles is also utilized on clothing when doing yarn crafts. We care about your health and safety!
