The wool is very soft and the colours are so great. But please don't cut it roving! Thank you really much.

Payment
NON UK BUYERS:
I accept credit/debit cards and Paypal account payments via the Paypal checkout provided ONLY. If payment is by Paypal e-check, please note that item will not be shipped until payment clears. International customers MUST pay by Paypal. International currency is not accepted.

UK BUYERS:
If you live in the UK I will accept postal orders in pounds sterling. Contact me at checkout for the current conversion rate and my postal address.

Payments MUST be made within 3 days of purchase or purchase will be cancelled and item relisted.
Shipping
Items will be shipped after payment received and cleared into my account. Under normal circumstances I will ship within 3 working days of cleared payment. Any foreseeable delay will be communicated to buyer via convo.

A) Shipping amount includes all postage,packaging and handling costs.

B) A multiple item shipping discount is processed automatically by Etsy at checkout.

C) UK post is Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-5 days) and by Air Mail for international destinations (generally 5-10 days for Europe and 10-15 days for other destinations). Convo me if you have a preferred delivery method or if you require express delivery.

D) If insurance is desired, please contact me at checkout for the additional cost. Items that are lost or damaged in shipping which have not been insured are not the responsibility of the seller.

E)Please ensure your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are correct and the same. If the addresses differ convo me with the correct shipping address as soon as possible. I will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect shipping information.

F) Wherever possible, items are shipped in 100% recyclable/degradable bags or recycled material. Please contact me if you desire further information regarding my posting supplies.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds or exchanges except under exceptional circumstances that I deem suitable.

Please carefully read item descriptions before buying, and be aware that colours represented in photos and on different computer monitors can differ somewhat. If in any doubt convo me before purchase and I will do my best to help with any questions or concerns.

Please note that all handmade items are under copyright and are not to be used for resale. Additionally, photos are not to be used without prior agreement by TheWheelie.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
Allow at least 14-28 days for commissions and special requests whether handmade items or wool tops/roving. Actual time will depend on demand, difficulty of project and whether materials will have to be ordered in for completion.

Special orders cannot be changed or cancelled after payment has cleared as materials will likely have been ordered specifically. Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns before making your payment to avoid complications.

LOCATION:
Remember that I am located in the UK (GMT) and that means international time differences affect convos and posting times.

COMMUNICATION and FEEDBACK:
For me, a good transaction requires good communication on both ends. Please check your convos regularly after making a purchase in case there is a problem with your transaction and I need to contact you.
