Welcome to my shop, I hope you enjoy my crocheted items as much as I enjoy creating them..
If you would like a special order item or any of the listed items in another color or size, please convo me, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
All items are handmade by me in a smoke free environment.
I accept pay pal, credit, debit and Etsy Gift Cards.
If you would like to pay for a purchase through pay pal and pay with a credit or debit card, choose the PayPal option when checking out. PayPal is a third party credit card processor that keeps your transaction information secure. You do "NOT" need a PayPal account to use this service.
Unfortunately, if payment is not received within forty-eight hours, your order will have to be cancelled.
Please keep in mind that all items are custom made and will usually ship within seven to ten days (not including Sundays and holidays) from receipt of payment . This may change depending on demand.
All purchasers are responsible for any customs or duty charges.
All items are sent to the US and Australia by Airmail. All others are sent regular post. If you wish an item to be expedited, please convo me and I will invoice you for the extra cost. I am not responsible for any damages or delay caused by postal or delivery services.
I ship to your paypal address unless otherwise notified. If you require your item to be shipped to another address, please provide this information in the "notes to seller" at check out.
All items are shipped from Canada and take approximately 7 to10 days for shipment to the US.
Refunds and Exchanges
I pride myself on creating quality articles. Should you have any problems with any items you have purchased, please convo me and I will do my best to solve the problem.
Please note, all purchasers are responsible for the shipping cost to return any items that are eligible for refund.
Any items returned for refund must be in a perfect, unused, odor free condition. If article is not in the same condition as it was when sent, the refund or exchange will be denied.
There will be no refund or exchanges on custom sizes or special orders. If you require a specific size (other than the sizes offered) please provide the measurements when ordering.

Please do not leave babies or very small children unattended with items that have buttons, ties or braids.
Please note that all items are handmade and therefore, no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances from shop photos.
Many of the hats are available in larger sizes, please check listing for sizes available.
