5 out of 5 starsItem took a while to arrive after a mix up, but then arrived in a reasonable time after that. The quality is lovely and item ordered came with an extra item which was a lovely surprise for the gorgeous family item was bought for! The colours, size and quality is just lovely. I would totally recommend , however word of warning that the UK VAT needed an extra payment and admin charge of £9.50 to get through customs, and although warning on fine print did not expect this at all.

How long should I expect to wait for my item(s)?
our turn-around time is dependent on what you ordered, the quantity, and the time of year. we try to maintain a 1-2 week turn-around time for items in the shop & a 4-6 week turn-around time for custom pieces, however this varies. please contact us for an estimate on your order’s shipping time!
