All of the Whimsy Patch designs were created by me. I do my best to make each work unique and full of special details.
I will not ship until you send payment.
If you place a custom order, I will not begin that order until you have paid the deposit.
I only accept paypal.
Generally I use priority mail when shipping. Most of my dollies will not ship for much less than priority mail costs anyway, so you really are not paying much more than you would for first class mail.
When patterns are purchased, I will ship within 48 hours once payment has been received.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try my very best to make each dollie as close to perfect as possible. When you place a custom order, I do my best to make the dollie so that you will absolutely love it. I am willing to do free repairs on dollies that arrive damaged though you will have to pay to ship the dollie to me. I will pay for the return shipping. I will not do free repairs on dollies that have clearly been damaged by wear and tear though I am willing to do repairs for a small charge in those cases.
If you are not pleased with what you receive, convo me and let me know what the problem is and we will try to work it out. If you are absolutely not satisfied, I will refund your paypal account once the plush has been shipped back to me.
I will offer exchanges if the plush is returned to me in the same condition it was shipped out.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I love to do custom orders. Turnaround time is usually two weeks unless a rush order has been requested by you and approved by me. In some circumstances, custom orders might take longer than two weeks but I will let you know in those cases.
Once you have paid a deposit (usually 25% of the total cost), I will convo you to keep you up to date on when to expect your order to be posted for final payment. I promise I won't leave you hanging!
Please understand that I often get a rush on custom orders so I will only place you on the schedule once you have paid your deposit. If you convo me one week and then don't pay until a week later, your order will fall behind those orders that were paid up before yours. I'm a mommy so my sewing time is precious and scheduling is absolutely necessary!
All custom orders get three fabric combination choices unless you specify "artist's choice." Any fabric combinations beyond that will be at a $5.00 charge for added time and other costs incurred. I will do my best to give you the best options on the first go round so that you do not incur added fees. I do this because I no longer upcharge for custom orders. You pay the price that I usually charge for stock retail dolls!
I also allow you to let me know if you do not like something about the item once I have listed it. Should that be the case, please convo me. We will discuss details at that point.
