Please note:
I can't make any allergy guarantees as many of my jewelry pieces are plated and /or mixes of various metals. Most plated items are brass underneath.

Payment
I only accept PayPal, Credit Cards, and Etsy Gift Cards for online orders.
PayPal is preferred form of payment. PayPal is safe and secure!
Payment is expected upon purchase. I will not ship any items until payment has been confirmed. Any items that remain unpaid for more than 48 hours will be re-listed and the sale canceled.

Custom items require a minimum 50% non-refundable deposit with remainder of balance plus shipping to be paid before the item is mailed out.

If you live in the greater Atlanta area and would like to forgo shipping and pick up your item from me personally, please contact me before making a purchase so that a reserved listing can be created for you....and you must arrange to pick up your item within a week.
Shipping
Items sold as listed will usually ship within 1 week of sale; custom items will usually ship within 2 weeks, but may take longer depending on materials and workmanship. International Customers are responsible for Customs Duties/Tariffs in their own country; I ship via USPS, so tracking information may only be available up to the point where the product leaves the United States. Please convo me for details and tracking information.
Refunds and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, most items can be returned within 7 days for refund or replacement (if it is available) at full purchase price minus shipping costs, provided they are returned in original unused condition.

Custom items and items that have been personalized (initials, name, motto, etc.) may not be returned.

Items from the "Cast offs" or "SALE" section are sold as-is at a reduced price and may not be returned.

If you have any concerns, please convo me PRIOR to placing your order.
Additional policies and FAQs
I always ship to the PayPal address, not to the Etsy address. This is for my protection as a seller and yours as a buyer. Please make sure your PayPal profile is up to date to avoid any confusion or delays in shipping.


As is common in crafting & up-cycling, some items are made utilizing commercial elements such as beads, stampings, resin, enamels, etc but the finished product is handmade and combined with personal touches that often make it one of a kind.
