Hello! I love vintage, antique and all things that have a time worn patina. Please understand that many things I list will show signs of wear and use. I will always try to point out major flaws and show good pictures. While I try to point out significant flaws, please "zoom in" on pictures for the best view of the item...a picture is worth a thousand words, and the description may not always go into great detail on age wear.

Re: Negotiating/Bartering/Haggling: My prices are firm and not subject to negotiation. I set prices according to many factors, including my costs and the current market.

During certain times of the year I will offer sales in my shop. Sales will be announced on the first page of my shop, under the shop banner. Depending on the time of year, my sales range from 10% to 20% off.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
I accept Paypal and Direct Checkout. I ship 1-2 times a week, and usually within 3-5 business days of cleared payment. Interested in an item but can't purchase it immediately? I'm happy to reserve listings. Please contact me with the item or items you're interested in and I'll reserve them for you for up for to 3 days. If more time is needed, please feel free to contact me and I'll do my best to work with you.

I can accept personal checks through Paypal only.
Shipping
I ship weekdays only, no holidays or weekends. My processing time is typically 1-3 business days or 3-5 business days, depending on the time of year. Very rarely will I deviate from my estimated shipping time, but if so, purchases will ship no later than 1 day beyond. Tracking will always be provided to the customer.

Due to the size and breakable nature of many vintage items in my shop, not all items are available for international shipping. Please contact me with any questions.

On items under 16 ounces, I will ship 1st class, unless a request is made otherwise. On items over 16 ounces, I ship USPS Priority or Parcel which can save money on shipping, but may take a bit longer to get to you than Priority. Insurance is included and will be reflected in the shipping cost.

Signature Confirmation is required on all payments of $250 and above, per Etsy and Paypal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly and cheerfully accept returns in the event your purchase qualifies as not as described. That means the item is materially/significantly different than I described or has damage I may have missed. I will refund your original purchase price and shipping upon return receipt of the item. Please provide tracking on return shipping. The returned item should be postmarked within 72 hours of original delivery to the buyer and be received back in as-sent-condition before a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

I provide insurance on all purchases. If the item you purchased was either lost or damaged in shipment, I will work closely with you to file a claim. Your responsibility is minimal but you may be required to provide photos and a statement/affidavit to the insurance provider.

USPS Claims: If you decide to go in person to the post office, please keep the item and any damaged pieces of the item, plus ALL packaging materials, as a USPS claims agent will need to inspect them in order to initiate the claim process. The USPS will keep all items, including packaging materials and broken item. A refund will come directly from USPS. If you prefer I file online, you will most likely need to provide photographic proof of damage and fill out a Buyer Affidavit. Once your part is complete I will immediately refund your total purchase price.

U-PIC Claims: You, the buyer, will be required to fill out a Buyer Affidavit and provide photographic proof of the damage to U-PIC. Please follow all U-PIC instructions to insure a speedy resolution. Once your affidavit is complete, I issue an immediate full refund to you, the buyer. You do not need to wait for U-PIC to issue a claim check.

If a customer states an item was not received but USPS delivery confirmation notates the item was delivered, I will not issue a refund. I will however, work with you to file any report required by the USPS Postal Inspection Service in the event you suspect theft. The USPS telephone number for this type of loss is 877-876-2455 or email them at postalinspectors.uspis.gov. Please check with others living in your home and nearby neighbors before assuming the package has been stolen. More often than not an item can be tracked down and found.

Unclaimed packages: Refusing to accept a package, not claiming a package in person at the destination post office or failing to reschedule delivery with the destination post office constitutes an unclaimed package. In order to be protected by Buyer Protection, buyers are responsible for accepting/retrieving their packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to either reschedule delivery with their delivery Post Office or pick up their package at their delivery Post Office per the terms on the notice left by the mail carrier.

I will not be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Packages deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address will NOT be refunded. If the package is returned, buyer accepts all costs incurred to reship. If the package becomes lost or damaged during it's failed delivery attempt to the wrong address, the buyer accepts all responsibility.

CONCERNING SPECIAL REQUESTS...If you have a special request concerning your purchase, for example shipping sooner than the 3-5 business day processing stipulated in the listing, the best time to contact me is BEFORE you make the purchase so I can let you know whether I am able to accommodate your needs. During certain times of the year, especially the holidays and summer vacation season, I may not be able to ship sooner than estimated in the listing.
