Was exactly as described and pictured. I contacted the buyer about the price seeing how on etsy our fellow sellers are selling same item just at cheaper or same price but item is fully intact. Not missing anything. I was honest with the buyer and I was called names instead of treated like a customer. I guess since this is online people think you can say and do whatever and it doesn't matter. I'm sick of sellers who price gouge and basically rob you. THAN YOU WILD BURRO FOR TEACHING ME ANOTHER VALID LESSON DON'T BELIEVE A PERSON'S POLICIES.!!! THANKS!

The buyer purchased our item and initially gave us a 5 star review. She then found the item cheaper at a later date and wanted a full refund for the item that was purchased from us. We are happy to refund, if the item was damaged or not as described, but this was never the problem with this item. We declined her refund after we received numerous rude and insulting emails from this Buyer. At no time, during any communications with us, was the Buyer ever called names...and we have kept all communications between us and the Buyer for references. Sellers beware.
