This little fellow was a winner from the get-go. However, a small area on the tail pulled loose soon after it was given to the child. I contacted the seller who was horrified and explained it was a new type of organic (supposedly improved) sock which she had not used before. She insisted that I return it for repair, or offered a full refund (including shipping). Because it is an adorable toy, I wanted to have it repaired. As soon as she received it back, she immediately was able to identify the problem, and has redone it for us. She stayed in touch during the entire process, and I am quite satisfied with the service. Based on the other item I bought from her, I believe it will be well done.

This is the cutest thing! I gave it to my one year old grandson who had a real hard time keeping it away from his three year old sister and five year old brother! The felt is so dreamy and the houndstooth is the perfect spine. The proportions are perfectly done, making this little creature irresistible!
