Returns and exchanges
Refunds are accepted. If you are not satisfied with the piece, please contact me within 3 days and before you return your piece. Upon receipt I will refund your money less the shipping cost. Please Note: Plywood often contains voids in the veneers which show up as small gaps in the thin layers. They can occur anywhere in the piece. I like what they bring to work.... an unpredictable quality that adds to its appeal.
Payment
Payment can be made through Paypal using either your Paypal account or credit card.
Shipping
Shipping is by FedEx Ground. Ship times vary depending on the fish.... The plywood fish typically ship within five to seven days. The mahogany and metal fish may take up to 10 days. \ Contact me for further information regarding lead times. Please allow for time in transit.

Custom Orders are also excepted. Depending on the design, some of my pieces can to made up to 10' in length. Send me an email.... together we can design what you are looking for.
