I don't refund/exchange unless item has a defect, a mistake on my part, or damaged during shipping. (if that's the case I will repair without cost)

I accept Paypal. When I receive a payment, I'll convo you confirmation that your order went through, and an approximate shipping date if possible. If I am making you a custom item, I'll contact you with pictures before payment for confirmation. (you pay after confirmation)

I ship in a padded envelope.
I'll ship your toy 1-2 days after making time through ground mail. (making time usually specified on item listing,) If air mail would be preferred, please specify, and I will give you the cost. Insuring is not usually needed, since my toys are soft & squishy (not breakable) If you do want to insure your item, please contact me for costs.

Please note that although my toys are well-made and durable, they are still wool. Please keep this in mind, like any toy, they are still subject to rips, tears etc. after time. Please don't machine wash unless otherwise specified on item listing. Thank you!
