I'm afraid to say that when I received the necklace it was broken. The roof had detached and the horses were separated from the carousel. These are quite delicate which will make it very difficult to mend. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to giving this to my friend for her Christmas.

All payment must be made through Paypal and payments must be received before the items are shipped. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still purchase items by using a credit card or debit card.
Standard shipping prices to Canada and the United States can be found with the description of each item. All items are sent by Canada Post (Air) and can take 1-2 weeks within Canada. Your items will be sent no later than 1-3 business days after payment is received.

International shipping rates are as well listed in the description of each item as 'Everywhere Else'. Shipping to countries outside of Canada are sent by Canada Post (Air) and take 7-21 business days to arrive.

Expedited shipping can be arranged if needed. Please send a conversation through Etsy before purchasing the item with the name of the product you would like and I will quote a price within 48 hours. The item will be reserved for you until you approve the new shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
Satisfied customers are very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry or the service we provide, please let us know. We will do everything we can to make things right.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for an exchange or refund (minus return shipping charges and any border duties). Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition.
