Shipping
All PRINT orders will be delivered within 7 business days from the time proof approval has been received. All printed items are shipped with a tracking number that is available upon request. Little James Design Co. is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Additional policies and FAQs
While our shop is open for purchases 24 hours a day, please note the hours for communication, consultation and design are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Australian Eastern Time Zone). Orders placed and messages received outside of these days/hours will be processed and considered received on the following business day.
PROCESSING TIMES
All purchases will be processed and a proof sent out within 2 business days unless other arrangements have been made. Printed items are delivered within 7 business days from the time your final proof as been approved. Please note that if your proof is approved at after 5pm, it will be considered approved on the following business day.
