How long does delivery takes?
Printables are ready to download once you make your purchase.
As in picture orders:
PROCESSING TIME (printing and packaging): 2-5 business days.
For custom orders:
REVISION TIME: 2-4 business days (vary per customer)
SHIPPING TIME:
United States: 3-5 business days.
Europe and Canada: 5-10 business days.
Worldwide: 10-20 business days.
Expedite: 1-5 business days via FedEx

How o I know if i"m going to get my order/illustration correctly?
I will be sending you a proof of your illustration after your order has been placed and your reference material received. You will then have time to review and request revisions. I will only be printing it on the product (mug, tote, etc) after your approval.
How long is the process and when will I get my order?
1) Drawing time: 1-3 business days
2) Revision time (vary per customer): 1-3 business days
3) Production time: 2-5 business days
4) Shipping time: See info above
My order got lost in the mail, can you replace the order?
I do not offer refund or replacement if the shipping tracking shows that it has been delivered or attempted/left delivery notice. Buyers are responsible to pick up their mail if the courier has left the delivery notice. Please understand that this is beyond my control. Please contact me if your mail is lost during delivery or not/never shipped.
Can I call or email you, or request a call to discuss about an order?
As per Etsy policy, we will need to keep all of our conversation via Etsy Convo. For that reason I'm unable to receive or make a phone call to my customers. If you are having problem with sending reference or photos, please reach out to me via Etsy Convo first and we can go from there.
