For Physical Art Prints:

We will ship your order to the address listed on your ETSY receipt, not your PayPal address. Please ensure that the address on your Etsy is correct.

Each print is made upon demand and shipped out once a week—please allow a maximum of 7 days for us to process your order. They will be shipped in a protected mailer backed with rigid cardboard; orders with multiple prints will be shipped in the same package. Large sizes (i.e. 11R, A3 & up) are rolled and packed in a solid tube to prevent bending/mishandling during its journey to your address!

Once dispatched, delivery would take approximately 2–3 working days within Singapore or 8–20 working days Internationally. Delivery time to Australia might take 4–6 weeks.

We ship worldwide using airmail/registered post. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number will be provided for you to track your package. :-)
