This item is very beautiful. We intend to hang it on a wall with other botanically themed images. Thanks so much

If you're reading this, then you're lucky enough to have found this gem amongst the thicket of Etsy. Wendy Whatley has the most magically brilliant mind. Working with Things Of This Nature to create the stationary suite for our woodland wedding has been SUCH a joy. Everything Wendy creates is chalk-full of magic & whimsey...her paintings are exceptional, and her sense of color & composition is absolutely beyond. She's such a pro & has made this potentially stressful project go so smoothly. My excitement level about our wedding has gone through the roof since securing Wendy's services--she's an absolute dream!!

Drawn to little bits of rocks, vines, stems and whatnot.

Who can possibly describe the desire to paint and where it comes from? I will not attempt that here.

I started painting watercolor in high school when my french teacher offered to show me how, after school one day. I have dabbled in other materials but love the light delicate touch of a brush with watercolor on paper. It's also incredibly easy to manage and clean up, which is nice.

I am always drawing and painting little bits of nature and arranging them in a somewhat formal style with a symmetrical format.

It's simply something I love to do.

I have always been fascinated by nature since I was young. I love to paint and recently I have taken to making little clusters of nature in metal. They have a permanence that I enjoy. And wearing them on your body, makes them special.
