It means so very much to me that you have stopped by my shop! If you are reading these policies then chances are you are interested in purchasing from me. For that consideration alone, I and my family, thank you greatly! So, WELCOME!

Quite honestly, I'd hate to have to give a refund on any of my items! This can and will waste so much time for both of us plus, you'd be out your shipping fees..both from me sending and you returning. NOT fun! So please choose your items carefully.

I will give refunds. Plus, if the item I have sold you has an issue or problem with it upon arrival to you because of any gross misrepresentation on my part, then I will cover the shipping fees. Damage due to the post office or other shipping carrier is not my responsibility. If you did not purchase insurance on a fragile item then again, your responsibility. I hate to sound this way but I think you can understand where I am coming from. I have never ever had a shipping problem in all of my selling on etsy and that other 'e' site..So you can be confident in knowing that when ordering.
Most of my transactions are done through paypal. Although there are fees for me, the seller, associated with this service, I do find it to be the most simple and direct form of payment and it protects us both.

Payment is expected..upon selection of items. I am quite flexible with this however, meaning that if there is some sort of payment issue on your part, ie: having trouble with checkout or waiting for a check to clear from your bank etc...then I am very understanding of these little life moments. All I ask is that you take consideration in contacting me with your issue. A few words go a long way!!

No one, especially me, wants to have a negative experience and therefore I do not ever want to leave derogatory feedback. If you do not pay for your items during checkout and have not contacted me with concerns then I will assume that you are not going to complete your order accordingly and I will be forced to follow through with leaving negative feedback and canceling your order. If I have not heard a peep out of you in more than two days regarding payment or convo then the whole negative process will begin..sorry but all of our time is most valuable.
I ship out on Monday and Friday of each week. I will make exceptions if you convo me to tell me you'd like your item shipped sooner. Again, I am a very flexible person and understanding as well.

I have recently decreased the amount of days I travel to the PO because of the outrageous gas prices. So, in order for me to keep your shipping at the lowest rate possible I travel when needed.

I also prefer to use recycled/upcycled boxes for shipping. Outer boxes only!!! This cuts down on waste and makes me feel environmentally conscience. All inner packaging is new materials..If you ever have issue with this policy please convo me prior to shipment and I will mail in new boxes for you...not a problem ever!

I gladly ship outside of the U.S. If there is an item of interest in question then please convo me and I can calculate the shipping fee for you. I don't like to include international shipping fees in my listings as they can be outrageous to look at and they tend to fluctuate according to location.

I am very open to custom orders. If I can do it then I'm in! I have done them, am currently doing them and will continue to do so. I work very closely with the buyer on what they want and share in the progress of the order through convo's, email and pictures.

I work from home and do have a tiny furry helper! My Jack Russell Terrier, Gracie, is my quality control manager. I say this because there are some who are deathly allergic to pets, dander, fur etc. My home/studio is very clean as am I..and my dog. You will never find any traces of her in my items or my packaging! But she does live among us here and is my constant companion..even when working. She's my muse!

At this time I do not accept wholesale or consignment orders. Just not big enough... I am trying to make this shop my full time venture but for now I have two kids(16 and 21) a dog and my hubby who are always first priority. I am very reliable but sometimes life happens!
