got it today. It is lovely...although it is not a pink at the above picture (peonys are more pink and this is more red) but it's ok...it's soft and yummy and will make some great socks.

Payment
I accept Paypal and Postal Money Orders (PMO) as forms of payment. All funds should be in US dollars. If payment has not been received within three days (or for money orders sent within three days, please let me know when it was mailed) I have the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item according to the DOs and DON'Ts of Etsy. If you have questions, please read the DOs and DON’Ts of Etsy located under the Help section of the site. Items will be shipped when payment has been received and/or money orders have been cashed and cleared.

If I need to make adjustments to your order due to shipping, discounts, and/or sales, please hold payment at time of purchase. Paypal buyers will get an email from me through Paypal with the updated invoice and you will be able to pay at that time. PMO orders will receive an email with the updated invoice.
Shipping
I send packages first class through the US Postal Service. I send individual items using lightweight Tyvek (moisture, tear and puncture resistant) or bubble-padded envelopes to keep the cost down. For multiple items purchased, they will be shipped in a cardboard box. The cost of shipping does NOT include insurance, delivery confirmation or tracking. If you would like any of these included on your purchase, or if you would like (or need) a faster shipping option, please convo me and I can quote you a price. Adjustments will be made through a Paypal invoice sent to you after purchase.

I usually mail out orders the day after payment had been received. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be mailed out Monday.

I always double/triple/quadruple check your mailing address before I send it out. If there is a question about your mailing address (example: Etsy and Paypal address are different) I will email you before it is mailed.

I will gladly ship international orders, please convo me so I can quote you a price. I ship international orders ‘first class international’ through USPS. If you would like it shipped priority international let me know, but since the postage price hike it is about three times more expensive than it used to be.

I package my items to maintain the quality of the product. I am a small operation and cannot refund/replace product that is damaged in transit. If you do have problems, please contact the USPS. I have not had problems with the postal service out here, but if you are concerned about your package please opt for delivery confirmation or tracking.

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me (not Etsy) know so I can rectify the situation, don’t just leave negative feedback. I want you to be happy with your goods and service.

Please email me your reason(s) for wanting to return the item before you send it back. You have 14 days upon receipt of item(s) to request a refund. Items kept for more than 14 days cannot be returned. For items returned I will refund payment upon receipt of items in good, unused condition. I do not refund shipping or your cost to mail it back.

Custom items are not returnable, if you are unhappy with how the item turned out do not purchase, just let me know so I can change it to a general sale.
Additional policies and FAQs
{custom orders}

I would love do custom orders for you! For custom dying, orders should be completed in 5-7 days if I have the yarn type in stock. For custom handspun, orders should be completed in 7-14 days. Items will be posted as “Reserved for (your username here).”


*These time frames are general guidelines for completion. If I have multiple custom orders it may take longer to complete. I will give you a personal quote on completion time for each individual order.
